Shipping Cost
International shipping starts from €20.
If the shipping cost exceeds €20, we will contact you before shipping the order in order to arrange payment for the remaining amount.

Product Delivery
The delivery cost for your order is displayed in the shopping cart and on the "Order Details" page. This cost depends on the total weight of the products and the distance from standard courier routes. Changing the delivery address will automatically update the shipping cost of the order.
For pre-order products, delivery within Romania is carried out in approximately 2–5 business days from the moment the order is invoiced and the AWB (tracking number) is generated in the courier's system.
For in-stock products, delivery within Romania is usually completed in approximately 1 business day from the moment the order is invoiced and the AWB is generated in the courier's system.
Once an order is placed, the stock is reserved and the order will be confirmed by a member of our team either on the same day or the next business day. Once the order is confirmed, you will receive an email or SMS with delivery details.
Depending on the courier company's workload, especially during periods of high demand or extraordinary situations, delivery may take an additional 1–2 business days.
Product delivery is currently available only within Romania. When European delivery becomes available, this option and its associated shipping cost will be displayed in the shopping cart.
If a product is out of stock, our support team will contact you to establish a new delivery timeframe depending on the availability from our suppliers.
Once we have agreed on a delivery timeframe, we will do everything possible to respect it. However, there may be exceptional circumstances beyond our control, such as:

disruptions affecting national or international transport

supplier-related delays

courier partner scheduling issues

extreme weather conditions

difficult access to the delivery address
In such cases, we will promptly inform you of any delays, or you can check the status of the shipment through your account or the courier tracking system.
After the AWB (tracking number) or delivery note is generated in the courier's platform, you will receive an email or SMS from REVAMPED-ONLINE.COM containing the delivery details, including:

the AWB tracking number

the courier company name
-
a tracking link to monitor the shipment.
When your order leaves our warehouse and is handed over to the courier's logistics center, you will receive another email notification.
The courier company may also send you an email or SMS notification a few hours before delivery.
All deliveries are carried out by authorized transport companies holding national transport licenses and complying with personal data protection legislation.
