Return Policy

To initiate a return, please contact us by email at rvmpdonline@gmail.com or on Instagram at @revampedonline, mentioning:

  • the order number

  • the name used for placing the order

  • the reason for the return

After contacting us, you will receive a simple return form to complete.


The return of products is accepted in accordance with the Terms and Conditions and this Return Policy, in compliance with Emergency Ordinance No. 34/2014 regarding consumer rights in distance contracts.

After carefully reading the information below, please complete the return form in order to speed up the entire return process.


Return Period

Products ordered online can be returned without providing a reason within 14 days from the date they are received.

Before the withdrawal period expires, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason and without incurring any costs other than those provided in Articles 13 and 14 of O.U.G. No. 34/2014, within 14 calendar days starting from the day the consumer takes physical possession of the product.


Returning the Products

Products must be returned by the consumer within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date the withdrawal request is communicated, by completing the return form.

The return shipment must be made using the same delivery method and courier company that delivered the products.

We recommend keeping the original packaging to protect the integrity of the products (box, protective packaging, pallet, etc.).


Product Condition

The returned product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered.

The consumer is only responsible for any diminished value of the products resulting from handling them in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the products, according to Article 14(3) of O.U.G. 34/2014.


Refund Process

REVAMPED-ONLINE.COM will refund the value of the returned product as soon as possible, but no later than 14 calendar days from the date the consumer informs REVAMPED-ONLINE.COM of their decision to withdraw from the contract and the return request is accepted.

However, the refund will only be processed after the returned product has been received within the legal 14-day return period.


Full vs Partial Returns

  • If the entire order is returned, REVAMPED-ONLINE.COM will refund both:

    • the product value

    • the delivery cost paid by the consumer.

  • If the return is partial (only some products from an order), REVAMPED-ONLINE.COM will refund only the value of the returned products.


Refund Method

Refunds will be issued electronically, using:

  • card refund for orders paid by card

  • bank transfer for orders paid by cash on delivery or bank transfer


Refund Delay

REVAMPED-ONLINE.COM may delay the refund until the returned product is received, inspected, and approved.

The refunded amount may be adjusted depending on the condition and integrity of the product and whether it can be resold as a resealed product, but the reduction will not exceed 20% of the price paid by the consumer.


Return Form

The return form is a template and not mandatory.

According to O.U.G. 34/2014, the customer must provide the necessary information required for the return process. However, completing the return form helps speed up the return procedure.

The return address will be communicated after the return request is received. It may vary depending on the product supplier.

After receiving the returned product, a specialist will inspect its condition and communicate the results to REVAMPED-ONLINE.COM via email.


Situations in Which Returns May Be Refused

REVAMPED-ONLINE.COM reserves the right to refuse a return in the following cases:

  • If the purchased product is replaced with another product with different specifications or a different serial number

  • If the return request exceeds the 14-day period from the date the product was received

  • If the product is not returned in the same condition in which it was delivered, including:

    • all original labels intact

    • all documents included with the delivery

Returns may also be refused if:

  • the product identification labels, packaging labels, or return labels are damaged or missing

  • the products have been worn, washed, or smell of perfume

  • sealed products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons have been unsealed by the consumer (for example: socks, underwear, pacifiers, toothbrushes, etc.)

  • goods that, after delivery, have been inseparably mixed with other items

  • an order contained multiple identical products and all of them were unsealed and used

If these conditions are not met, the value of the returned products will not be refunded, and the package will be sent back to the consumer, who will also be responsible for the return shipping costs.


Damaged or Used Products

If a returned product is in a condition where it can no longer be sold as new (opened packaging, missing accessories, damage), we reserve the right to:

  • charge a restocking or refurbishment fee in order to restore the product to its original condition, or

  • deduct the price difference resulting from selling the product as a resealed item

Alternatively, at the buyer's request, the product may be resent to the buyer, with the delivery costs paid by the buyer.

International Returns

Returns are accepted only for orders delivered within Romania or other European Union countries. At this time, REVAMPED-ONLINE.COM does not accept returns for orders delivered outside the European Union.
